THE WORST !!! Absolutely terrible!!! I’m embarrassed to say how many years. Attitude problem, tells me off all the time, sides with my ex, WTF? Devalues assets & changes them, why? Redo everything 10 times. It like he’s sabotaging you. I can’t believe this level of incompetence. He doesn’t have the slightest idea what’s going on, painful ! I want my money back ! Wasted a decade,still square one & fighting with me instead of my ex’s lawyer, !! I’M PISSED ??

I’m on my 8th year waiting for my divorce to be completed. Sent many many emails asking if Jon was still practicing. Had to finally call the senior partner of the firm which prompted an ugly pathetic email from Jon because his feelings were hurt and he was embarrassed… He claims he is waiting for some information yet he has received it all 8 years ago when he convinced me not to do the divorce on my own and called to cancel my case file as my ex and I had already submitted. All around a joke. I’ve paid 30 g to date and he still holds money in trust. He is a scam artist in my opinion. I have chased him through phone calls and emails for several years and I get charges for communicating! Next step, Law society/bar association! Avoid this lawyer and save your sanity and money!

An absolute joke of a lawyer. Seems to barely understand both the law and human to human interaction. Was unable to effectively communicate with opposing counsel. After much frustration with Jon, I ended up going to another lawyer, who laughed at his incompetence and sorted out the matter quickly. DO NOT USE THIS LAWYER.

I hired Jon to help exercise / enforce my visitation rights to see my son. He sent a lot of emails to my ex, who was intent on dragging things out. But ultimately, after charging $4,000 in fees, he never achieved the results I was reasonably asking for - refusing to compel my ex to legally be held accountable for her errant behaviour. I was unimpressed, and won't be using his services again.

If you want something done efficiently or correctly, this is not that lawyer. He did not communicate and made many excuses for his slowness and inefficiency. He took seven months to prepare a simple document, which was then filled with errors. After I corrected the errors, he kept returning the same uncorrected document. He seemed confused and had poor communication with his staff. A teenager could do a better job. The bill was not itemized and far more expensive than expected for a subpar job. Don't waste your money or time.

He is the funniest laboratory test monkey I have ever went up against in a court of law. Never prepared when asked for documents from the judge for he left them behind. Missing case conferences and not letting anyone know he’s not coming. Very very incompetent. Thank god he was my ex’s test monkey lawyer and not mind.belive me when they practicing law,he really is still practicing.
