He is like a good surgeon with bad bedside manor. He is arrogant and controlling and rarely uses communication as a two-way street. He seems to treat you like a child sometimes and likes to tell you how young you are in comparison to him...perhaps to justify this. He likes to talk about himself and his past(especially during meeting times where you are paying him{I guess this is why he likes to push flat fees and not be paid by the hour}) but does not seem to really care about yours.
