Bob was unprepared and failed to advocate on my behalf. In representing me he agreed with opposing counsel and praised them and complimented them. When it came time for him to argue on my behalf, he offered only a brief summary and did not make any argument on my behalf. Opposing counsel took it over and ran with it from there, going on for over 20 minutes citing state statutes and advocating on behalf of their client. If you want an attorney who will advocate for you, look elsewhere.
