Mr Majd is an absolute crook. He has no integrity and no ethic
He was my husband lawyer in our divorce case. Mr. Majd was only supposed to help him to set a motion.
He charged him originally $10000 retainer. After a month or so when my husband went to him, Mr Majd told him that his money is gone and he need to replenish his account!
Out of $10,000 about $6000 is fraudulent.
Two examples: A phone call conversation that he had with other lawyer which was 6 minutes he wrote 1.1 hour!! After we complain to arbitration he claimed that was an "HONEST MISTAKE" and that should have been 0.1 hour!
In another occasion he charged my husband about 8 hours for working on his case and that is after he signed the complete set the motion aside file! When we confronted him he said that was a "technical mistake" and that should have been Sep 25th not OCt 2nd!!
He did not step in the courtroom for my husband even once and he charged him over $10000.
