Roselle enabled me to efficiently achieve my objective. The success began when she read the long messages I had sent and then spent 72 minutes interacting with me in an introductory meeting at no charge. With her attentive help, the course of action became clear, enabling prompt and effective action. As an effect, I as an executor was able to move swiftly toward completion of an estate that had dragged on for almost twelve years. She gives attorneys a bad name Doesn't care about the law only her pocket book. Overcharges and creates problems to keep the client on the book. Dishonest and a bully

She is very condescending in her communications. She seems to protect the adversary lawyer’s interests rather than representing your interests. Even though I told her that by law I am not required to sign a release because I am NOT a beneficiary, she seemed to not validate my legal concerns. She acts like she is in charge and the boss. She doesn’t want to here your side and doesn’t read emails sent to her pointing out details regarding the case. She charges too much for what little she offers. And if you refer to a past agreement you discussed with her about the case, she quickly blames you for having another interest in the case rather than remaining committed to the clients requests. She will say things like “ I don’t think you have the beneficiaries interest in mind. You need to hire another lawyer to represent your concerns”! As if for every error and illegal Exhibits that are NOT attached to the settlement letter, even a wrong Will, has to be dealt with separately even though it i

very condescending. she was on the opposite side but I had no lawyer. They only care to win not do what is right. stole my house because I did not show up in court and I told them I would settle the obligation. I am not very good at being on time but I will always pay my obligations and they would not allow it and then proceeded to foreclose.
