shaniquapittman@gmail.com The worst attorney you could ever hire. She doesn’t communicate with her clients at all. She’s currently holding a client’s settlement check for over 2 months. She refuses to return any calls and/or emails. When you go to her office she’s never there and her secretary only tells you she’s taking notes and will pass along the information….I recommend anyone who has issues with her to contact VA State Bar to a complaint.

She ignored facts, was unprepared, forced me to hire CPA with expired license, in court on meds. Prep was one question "was I good owing him 60 k and being done?" Talked about HER family laughed she wouldn’t bill for it, mocked my faith, practiced one question. Requested extension without my knowledge. Consulted with my ex's attorney. I traced money back to 1977 as hybrid, she showed none. I lost $500,000, all inheritance, nonmarital contributions from 22-year marriage. I left home & all belongings due to abuse, she did nothing to divide property from the 4,000sgft home. Didn't impute income. 22 years of tax returns not shown to judge. $50,000 of taxes on: boat car camper etc indvidually on loans in his name, not presented in court. Accrued 15,000 debt, paid his attorney $10,000, owe her $8,000. I paid him twice for real estate, no spousal support, he got more retirement money. She threatens liens on my property.

Misinformed client. Ball dropped by attorney. Zero accountability. Don’t waste your money. However she is very friendly and nice. That’s great for a lunch date but you’ll be at a gross disadvantage working with her during your litigation.
