Patient and well worth it. He framed and positioned things in such a way to facilitate working with the other party even in my circumstance of high conflict. I never thought I would look back fondly at my lawyer’s skill and approach but with Rick I do. Pricy but worth it.

Your retainer will be used for useless phone calls and "work" that was never accomplished. 2 years of going through a divorce because he prolonged everything and made my spouse hate me even more by making "threats" and saying things I never even said to him. Stay clear from this guy, he plays the system very well.

Rick Peticca is a great lawyer, he's extremely profesional, he doesn't waste your time and he gets down to what's important. If you're in a rut or dealing with a very difficult case, he's the gy to hire! Highly recommend.

This guy will take it as his personal challenge to burn through your retainer each month despite not accomplishing anything. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!
