Preet is a fantastic lawyer! She is very knowledgeable and always willing to share her expertise with her clients and provide them the right guidance. I have had a very challenging and frustrating separation with many obstacles before me. I hired KPA lawyers to represent me and my children. The moment I met with Preet Pannu I knew she was who I needed to have in my corner, she was like a good friend who could help with issues at hand. She is very smart, clever and hard working. Preet and her team worked swiftly to conquer the challenging situation at most challenging time (durning covid-19). Preet made sure the agreements made were fair and in my children’s best interest today and for many years to come. This Law Firm is run by the most greedy and unprofessional people in this industry and geography.
For more than a month, they were lying to me that my matter is filed in the Court and extracted 1400 CAD - and not even filed single paper in court on my behalf/case. When I wanted to check on the status of my filing (which was not even filed since they were lying to me) - It took me an entire week to have them over phone and sit across the engaged Lawyer Emily Banks (and I am supposed to pay for this time too, even after there was no update from them on my file from their office).
When I went to "Superior Court of Justice" in Brampton myself, only then I got to know that no single paper for my case was ever filed in the court. The lawyer Emily Banks (and Preet Pannu) was lying to me all this while in entire engegement and charged me 1400 CAD for something which never got filed in the court even. They used the templated documents and replaced it with my name and address (and just copie
