Pops Venkatraman was the worst lawyer. He did not communicate with us at all regarding the case and did not clarify charges for services prior to them being rendered. In the end, we were forced to pay a huge amount of money for nothing. He refused to send an invoice when we asked what we were being billed for and then when we changed lawyers, he was very unprofessional and stopped communicating with us. Once our new lawyer reviewed the case, he said that most of the documents were done incorrectly and hindered our case. Don't let his "kind, fatherly" manner fool you. He is an uneducated man who is just going to take your money. Secretaries were also very rude and took a very long time to respond to emails. Stay away!!!!
