I had to deal with Elaine Gibney for my ex husband’s divorce and child access custody issues. She lied repeatedly in court in front of Justice MacLellan. When her client blatantly lied in court or otherwise she fully supported her. I wouldn’t hire her for anything at all. you are taking a HUGE risk if you do.
