The lawyer that I signed on with was great. Half way thru my case my lawyer took another position. I was offered a new family lawyer. I didn't have another retainer so I was forced to stay. At the time I was not made aware that she had NO experience and in fact had never been in court. I was overcharged the amount set in our agreement. Child support payments were set at a lower amount then I was entitled to. No amendment was offered or made. I was repeatedly asked for the same information over and over! Mr. Tucker interrogated me until I was crying over an issue that I repeatedly told them wasn't true. Now this firm is now suing me for money they are not entitled too.
