Mike is a conscientious and caring lawyer who works hard for his clients. He’s straightforward and practical in his advice and his fees are comparatively reasonable. His real estate fees are some of the most competitive in the city.

I would not recommend him as a divorce lawyer, Perhaps he is better in other fields of the law. Shy of being married 20 yrs and a stay at home Mom...As per Mike Lazaruk stated "this was a good deal and I should accept it", I ended up with being locked in for 7 years spousal on "half" a T4 (I asked for 10yrs. (I don't think I was being greedy with that and go year to year as I knew the "so called half T4" would come out in the end as fraud) I did end up with his CPP Credits as well. One only has one shot at this, you don't realize when you are going through it and expect your lawyer to make the right choices for ones best interest. I see what my ex has and how I ended up and see how grossly unfair this was.
