This lawyer is EVIL and abusive. She will lie and cheat and abuse the spouse of the person she's defending and literally force the children to lie. She told my son he had to do what she and his dad told him to or he's be taken away and put in Foster care, never allowed to see me again. I have never met anyone so vile and abusive. She has zero professional behaviour and is scary, even to adults, terrorizing my child. She takes bribes and then gets off of all the complaints against her because her husband, Andrew Fobert, is Chief Counsel for Government Canada and get s her off. He used to be lead counsel for Children's Aid so not only gets her places on cases, but gets her off the dozens of complaints of violence and abuse of the children in her care or in her client's care. He then sways the CAS offices to drop the cases so she can win them! He is as crooked as they come, as is she, yet she is vile, abusive and terrorizes the children in her cases. In my case, she lied so much at the court. She was with CAS from the beginning and lied about my daughters behaviour, saying that my daughter was using vulgar language and she never used vulgar language before. Also, I found out a couple of years later, she used other cases in my case. I was wondering what she was talking about as I know my daughter better than anyone else. She is a real witch. At my last hearing, I served all the proof To prove her lies and what she and the CAS did was awfull. At the court house, she made someone who works at the familly court house take out the documents that I served to the judge
to prove her lies. What a hypocrite lawyer. And it is probably the CAS lawyer who chose her.

Very bad children's lawyer, she lied alot at the court and is with the CAS. I would not recommend her. If the court tells you that she is the children's lawyer, make a search and change lawyer.

She is such a bad lawyer, on CAS side from beginning. Lied about my daughter by saying my daughter said and it was not true.

Protect your children from Malina Feeley and her CAS associates who get court orders to have her cover up child abuse under the cover of the Office of the Children's Lawyer. She lied in court about my children's wishes to be with me to escape their mother's violence for many years. She helped the CAS cover up the recordings of the mother viciously slapping two young girls and the children crying hysterically. Then my oldest daughter recorded her mother attacking and dragging her 8 year old sister up the stairs after my daughter described her mother digging her fingernails into her Rib Cage of her 8 year old sister while she screams and yells at her while my daughter cries in pain repeatedly asking her to stop. I recorded the CAS worker in my house admitting the mother was not denying it was happening and that my daughter and I were not making up stories and CAS needs to make sure children are safe with mother. CAS then accused me of Alienation then Ms. Feeley helped CAS take my kids.
