Mr. Spilker refused to acknowledge a brain injury I received after being hit by a Fortis work truck in june 2016. Support payments were never on time nor on the same date, leaving me hanging in the wind mentally emotionally and financially.Although he claims 40 years experience, I found him & his staff very unhelpful after the first 6 months, as I was treated like an inconvenience and he didnt take my seizures seriously thereby not taking the info. to ICBC. Incredibly frustrating, adding to my on going pain & suffering. signed, Shirley Snarr-Jones
