A contract was formed, executed and signed. However, it was not delivered and the payment I had made was not returned. His reasoning was refund was not part of the deal and it had to do with issues overseas, in a foreign country, Iran. I do not advise anyone who will want results for divorce/family law overseas to choose Mehrdad Pasha pour as their attorney. You will not receive your money back and the results are not guaranteed.
