I retained Ms. Jafari for something that needed careful attention. I read in her retainer that she oversees the work of her staff to the point of checking every email etc,but was weary as everyone makes those promises. To my utter shock, that is exactly what happened. Every exchange I had with her assistant she knew the details of. I didn't realize she is actually automatically copied on everything so would be surprised when she would at times respond directly to an email I had written her. In the end, my matter was meticulously handled and all of the details required explained to a T. Very impressed Ms. Jafari. You are a woman of your word indeed and clearly take your job seriously and I thank you for that.
