Glowinsky doesn't care about people - only the amount of money that is in the situation for him .I went through a long intake questionnaire with his assistant , and then they phoned me the next day to say that my case " didn't meet his criteria"for taking on a client . When I persisted in asking why that was , they basically said that there was not enough potential pecuniary reward in my situation for him to get involved . Apparently because I did not sustain broken bones or end up permanently in a wheelchair after the accident, my physical pain and suffering from hospital medically documented severe whiplash , back sprain amd concussion counts for nothing to him - that is to say , there is not enough money in a potential lawsuit for him to get a big payday.I will be advising everyone I know , and my social media networks ,to stay away from him .

He treats his clients with disrespect talks down to them he does not pursue a case with vigor and leaves his sec and clerk to do his bidding do Not use the lawyer

He meets you and puts on a big show. He appears to know the law. Says all the right things. Wears a flashy suit. But once he signs you up he puts you in touch with his law clerk or assistants (who were of no help). He settled my case for a lot less than I felt I was entitled to. He was pushy and arrogant. I took the settlement just to be clear of him. I don't suggest using Glowinsky.
