2023 - Just got my will updated with Karl and Stephanie and they were FANTASTIC. I asked a number of questions, they were always prompt and answered my questions with clear, understandable answers, gave excellent advice on how to structure the will and associated power of attorney and medical documents and the price was very reasonable, half of what I was expecting. Would highly recommend.

Very unpleasant to deal with. Quoted me a definite price to update my will, then was going to charge me more. When I questioned him on it, he got very angry, but finally told me (yelling at me) to pay whatever I wanted. I paid the original quoted amount. Will never deal with him again.

Rude, overly arrogant and rude. Cost a fortune to do a simple mortgage transaction. Have never seen anything like it. STAY AWAY

Karl is amazing and for the one "double" negative review which appears to conflict with this sites "policies" and the comment "He is terrible at communication, and extremely rude" doesn't seem to quite fit with those that know Karl as a competent and careful practitioner. Highly recommend Mr. Marsden

Karl agreed to take on our real estate case as we were in the final stages of purchasing a home. Once we removed the subjects on our house, Karl then informed me he was too busy to take on the case, leaving us scrambling to find another lawyer before our quickly approching closing date. He is terrible at communication, and extremely rude. Karl informed me "you should find another lawyer". We did. And I would highly recommend you do too.
