STEER CLEAR if you have been injured in an accident. Hemmerling & Associates have received $9,129,621 since 2008 fighting for ICBC against Plaintiff's claims. How could someone hire this firm to fight against ICBC when they are paid so much to defend claims against ICBC? If you want a lawyer to fight for compensation do not hire lawyers that work with ICBC and also represent clients that were injured I would suggest looking somewhere else. Makes you question where their "loyalties" lay when working for ICBC seems to be so lucrative.
