Very unpersonable and non-communicative. Had to google the entire legal process just to know what to expect as Ian would become annoyed at questions. Overall a waste of money unless you like to pay money to be bullied. Definitely avoid if coming out of an abusive relationship and dealing with custody issues.

Amazing lawyer. Helps to educate you while helping you through a difficult time. I was very pleased with his professionalism. He was very focused at providing a great experience even though it was a stressful situation. He was always able to reasonably respond and even made himself available after hours. That was a bonus so I didn't have to miss work for meetings.
