All smoke and whistles! Hertz Law in conjunction with their "preferred medical providers" are running a business based on fraud, deception conversion, commingling, and misrepresentation. When I caught Joshua J. Hertz in a lie, he stopped answering my calls and went into deep hiding. Hiring this attorney has been my worst nightmare. He can not be trusted. I am an ACTUAL client/victim of the Hertz Law Group and There is NOT one redeeming quality that I can vouch for. I am inclined to believe; with evidence; that the reviews posted here are also fabricated and "paid" for or posted by an employee of the "firm" or other shills. Once my case was settled; The Hertz Law Group fabricated medical bills, claimed that they will need 6-8 month to get a "pending lien balance" from Medicaid! Once my settlement was delivered to Hertz Law, He claimed to have it deposited in The Florida Bar Trust Account - then claimed to have it in the Court Registry then claimed its in Interpleader! I'm left empty.
