Terrible lawyer. My firm was having founder disputes, and instead of staying impartial and trying to help us work it out, he ended up siding with the founder he liked the most, who happened to not even be the majority owner (myself), and proceeded to try and convince him to shut down the company and start another one to screw me out of my own company. He did this because he apparently felt disrespected by our requests for legal services which went above the standard amount that we originally required, which was under my leadership, but failed to convey this to myself and instead became vindictive and non-responsive to myself except with my co-founder. He is NOT someone you can trust, is overly sensitive, and highly unprofessional. I would recommend working with anyone else. He was dreadful, especially for our first major lawyer as a startup.
