On Monday, May 15,2017 we dealt with him at Red Seal Notary, 201-4850 Yonge St, Toronto. He was verbally abusive, refused to provide us any receipts for our cash payment, disorganised, and evidenced a bad attitude. His office was cluttered, messy, had an unpleasant odor. The music was blaring loudly. We had gone to get notarisation done. Red Seal Notary provided brochures that assured consumers: "providing you professional services tailored to meet your needs in a convenient and timely fashion ..fast and courteous services". We received unprofessional services from this rude, obnoxious White, male. We were made to wait for over 20 minutes. He was repeatedly interrupting while we were still answering his prior question. He enjoyed making clients uncomfortable and enjoyed his position of power that he further showed by making us stand, while he remained seated. He took over 15 minutes to notarise a simple one page document, and made us wait while he was doing nothing visibly important.
