In my opinion, he is not focused on getting the best outcome, he is focused on arguing over every little irrelevant thing to generate more billable time.

In my opinion this lawyer is more concerned about getting paid than the actual result. This attorneys office has stuff everywhere, stacks of paper in every corner, unorganized, etc. Once he gets hired, getting him to respond is the tricky part.
