first met Steve Merrill in Sept 1988 he handled my closing of my house. Mr. Merrill represent in a traffic accident and had the case dropped and I was found not guilty. Later in 2006 Mr. Merrill represented me in a Criminal case in which because of him I was found not guilty. In 2007 Mr. Merrill also did a pardon for the Governor. in 2008 Mr. Merrill did all the research on a trust for me. Through out the years that I have known Mr. Merrill he has given me legal advice that has helped me on several occasions. Mr. Merrill is an outstanding lawyer and has always given me outstanding advise which has helped me through out the 30 years I have known him he is an outstanding Lawyer and highly knowledgeable in all areas of the legal profession. Stephen Merrill saved my company. I had been under payed on multiple projects with no written contracts. He got me all my money and then some.

I hired Mr. Merrill when I came to stall in my case. I was offered way less than I felt I was entitled to. He agreed to take my case and only take a percentage of what was won beyond the offer I was able to obtain myself. I consider Mr. Merrill to be an honorable man of integrity. There is not a doubt that I would seek out his services again should I ever encounter another legal matter.

Stephen Merrill is an outstanding attorney. I have used him in civil litigation in numerous courts and have always been more than satisfied with his performance. Quick on his feet, Stephen has a powerful courtroom presence. He is also a superior researcher and writer. Perhaps most importantly, Stephen is honest and straight forward with his clients, unafraid to deliver news that may not be to his client’s liking. This is a quality very rare in his profession. Steve was amazing. He saved my 17 year old son from facing years of jail time. My son attempted suicide due to depression and the DA thought they would make an example of him. They charged him as an adult; he was facing a minimum of 7 years in jail. The judge found my son Not Guilty on all charges. Today he is a successful and thriving adult. Thank you, Steve!!
