He is an "unjust" judge who lacks compassion. He doesn't seem to be extremely knowledgeable about the law, or he simply chooses not to apply it if it doesn't benefit the party he is so obviously favorable towards.

He is the most racist Judge with ties to State and appellate court; which allows him to get away with any and all wrongdoing in the court room. He fails to follow the law and often time will quote misleading case laws. He has appointed counsel who all worked under him when he was Chief Deputy District Attorney such as Johnny Duma, Mike Sexton, Christopher Cuevas, James Spies and more. He appoints those to know everything you told them in private to strategize on your conviction. There are cases where the defendants family will pay off Gorman for Russell to dismiss or Gorman to dismiss a case. The conspiracy is real. Do not live in Wyandotte County Kansas City Kansas. The law doesn't matter to most judges here.
