Happy I came across Lawyerratingz.com!!!!
This lawyer should not be practicing law !!!!I never felt so uncomfortable around another human being in my entire life! I stood around in the courthouse he didn't even discuss my court case with me. So I had no clue or answers to anything going on. Something just seemed wrong with Lawyer Kevin black. He spoke in a really bizarre mannerism, and asked me questions about my boyfriend. Which I completely awkward and inappropriate!!! Something is off about him and his demeanor and his mental states. This lawyer should not be practicing law. I felt almost like sick being around him, like not right. Idk. But i wouldn't hire this lawyer

Worst lawyer ever!!! Attorney Kevin Black was very disorganized, didn’t make much sense when explaining things, when it seemed like he didn’t even know. Definitely not a lawyer you would want handling your legal matters. On One instance he didn’t show up for one of my court appearances and didn’t even let me know. Overall very rude, egotistical, unorganized and not worth hiring.

Lawyer Kevin Black lacks the basic courtroom knowledge and strength. I would have been better off representing myself. As for client/lawyer confidentiality and boundaries, Back in the day this old coot must have cheated his way through law school, particularly the ethics classes. Never been so uncomfortable with another human being in my life. Save yourself the trouble and time. Hire a good solid lawyer. Not this coot.

Cool website! Glad I came across it. Hiring this lawyer was a waste of money and time. LI had to repeatedly ask him what was going on with my case. He was really weird to say the least.
And talked at court w friends about how he cheats on his wife. Hire a good lawyer not Kevin black.

FIRST TIME OFFENDERS BEWARE
We hired lawyer Kevin Black after our child was involved in a petty legal matter. All in all a misunderstanding yet charges of shoplifting had to be made. Lawyer Kevin Black resorted to having our child bothered, harassed and even followed by the same individuals. Intimidating him giving him anxiety to the point he couldn't leave the house. We had our own help and learned the individuals were store employees, LP(Loss Prevention) and police wannabees. We're Pissed!! This man had our CHILD'S SAFETY, PRIVACY and more at stake!! Individuals harassed him, Bullied, Intimidated, and one LP (loss prevention employee followed him home. Mr. black tried to justify it as helping our kid stay on track and out of trouble.Absolute bullsh*t! What gave this lawyer any right to violate and endanger my kid's life?! I strongly advise you to stay away from this lawyer.I'm sick to my stomach reading the other reviews here and on other sites. How can this man have a law license?

I question this lawyer's work ethics and morals. He made me extremely uncomfortable, failed to take my court matter seriously, provide solid answers to my questions and spoke to me inappropriately. He made several sexual remarks and repeatedly would ask me to hug him. Ewww no thanks! You disgusting. He made a few lame advances towards me tgat I rejected. He tried to get me to come to his office alone and said if his wife asks, he would say he was at a baseball meeting. Pissed and paranoid I rejected him, he had me stalked and viciously harassed by him and his wife's friends. Who I'm sure he told a different story to. He said he wanted to help me and tried to use hypnosis kn ne. Wtf?!!?!! He had police bother me and said if I ever told anyone what he did he would set me up. And no one would believe me. Please post this. People need to know what this lawyer does and someone needs to investigate him.

Unfortunately our child had a minor legal matter in which a lawyer needed to be hired. We made a poor choice hiring lawyer Kevin Black. He was useless. Our child soon began isolating, her personality changed and we learned she had spent hours and hours exchanging texts at his encouragement. We learned some of the texts were very sexual in nature. Things a lawyer and client don't discuss. We discovered this after the court process ended. We also learned he had been using hypnosis on our child!! And putting her in states she didn't give any permission for. Beyond the horrific personality changes, isolation, our child told us lawyer Kevin black made our child relive and reinact a sexual act that occurred when she was younger. We're pissed. Upon confrontation this man played stupid stated our child was crazy and only helped. We've been harassed and intimidated by friends of his and police from different towns. This man needs to be questioned by the state and more. Help us please!!!!

Good informative website! Happy to have read the other reviews pertaining to lawyer Kevin Black. This man was hired for miminal if any work needed on A very basic and straight forward legal matter. Big mistake hiring Kevin Black. He behaves differently when alone versus in front of court. He's inappropriate, rude, and claimed everything he was doing was beneficial to me. When he had distorted facts, blatantly lied to me and to police. He made off hand remarks that he could have police after me. Not sure for what. Assuming that meant if anyone were to know he made advances and was just inappropriate, uncomfortable and disgusting. This is a very troubled man who behaves inappropriately and something is just off with him. I absolutely can see him doing the things some of the other reviews have stated. It's time this lawyer be investigated. I do believe the other reviews. Just from his personality, actions and his behavior with me. I would strongly advise you stay from this lawyer!!!

Kevin black was a waste of money to hire. This lawyer couldn't even answer basic questions to our case. Soon after our case began and further facts were disclosed to him. We discovered he had shared those with the lawyer representing the other client. After attemtpting to discuss this with him he completely changed his demeanor to that of a crazy man. Needless to say it was extremely frightening. From there on, he was very cocky and talked down and just made the court process difficult. We soon found ourselves being bothered if you will by the same police officer. Even while being in another town!!!! I Strongly suggest you don't hire this lawyer. After reading other reviews about him on this site I absolutely believe them. He has a completely crazy side to him and I question how he can be a lawyer. Stay away from this lawyer.

Beware of this man. He tried to use hypnosis on me but failed miserably. He attempted to use a technique called the confusion technique and tried to start discussing sexual matters with me whike rubbing himself. Beware of this man.

Kevin Black lacked the knowledge pertaining to our case and left us in the dark as to what he was even doing and being paid for.

Lawyer was horrible. After a signed contract Lawyer Kevin Black became extremely lazy with my case, barely made an effort and failed to explore all options in my case. He spent more time focused on flirting with me and engaging in non related court behavior. Not a good lawyer and certainly not a bright lawyer
