I strongly advise against retaining this lawyer, especially if they are appointed as counsel for your children. From my experience, she demonstrates a lack of diligence, disregards critical facts, and shows no genuine concern for the best interests of the children involved. Rather than advocating for their safety and well-being, she appears to take the path of least resistance, even if that means supporting outcomes that are harmful.She routinely dismisses and belittles parents, silences them in court, and misrepresents their concerns in front of judges. Her conduct is not only unprofessional but damaging, particularly in custody matters where children’s futures are on the line.If you’re looking for someone who will truly advocate for your children, I would recommend Victoria Foster at Foster Legal Services. She has shown a level of care, attention, and integrity that this lawyer severely lacks.Choose someone who will take their role seriously. This lawyer is not that person.

I lost my two girls on Father’s Day. After a month of no contact I was served with papers from CFS and then on my 30th birthday I had to appear in court. Denise was appointed to be my lawyer. First appearance and we sat talking and I was told flat out I wasn’t going to win, I wouldn’t have kids back for at least a year. I was crushed. She later told me her history and that she wasn’t one to give false hope. I appreciated it so much. Trial for a TGO came and my husband and I were granted our children back! Months went by and as of today we had to sign a family enhancement plan for 3 months. All in all I would say it was a win seeing as CFS wanted custody. I couldn’t have done it without Denise, she was honest and didn’t give false hope, and saw through crap. Best lawyer I’ve seen and actually made me want to complete my dream of being a lawyer so I could help families avoid that pain I went through.

Denise is an excellent lawyer that achieved great results for me. She is very pleasant and knowledgeable. She was very easy to talk to and understanding. Would highly recommend her.

Very helpful and did an amazing job on my file. Best experience ever with a lawyer and couldn't believe what she was able to do for me in front of the judge. Feel very fortunate I was able to get Denise.
