If I had to describe this attorney in one word it would be CROOK. I asked him to create a corporation for me in 2013 and he never provided me with a minute book or my original documents. It is now 2017 and I have retrieved the paperwork after communicating with his office a number of times and being told they don't have these documents. Still didn't receive a minute book. I suppose it would be too much work for him now that he has the $1800 he charged. He never communicated once in the last 4 years to tell me he has my original documents. His previous receptionist had assured me that all money was paid up and I have received all my paperwork. Yet 4 years later he charges me another $200 and was holding on to my original paperwork. Stay away from this crook and save yourself the headache, stress, and anxiety. And like most lawyers he will never accept his mistake and lack of professionalism. He deserves a zero rating not a 1.
