I hired J David Munoz to handle my case. This is the most unethical lawyer I have ever encountered. After I paid him, he refused to meet with me to understand my case. Look him up on the California State Bar Association website and you'll see he was recently charged with a felony and was suspended from practicing law for a period of time. Which I see from other reviews he apparently continued to practice during the suspension.
I had to dump him and hire a different law firm. Although he did next to nothing on my case would not return any of my money so I took him to the San Bernardino State Bar Arbitration program (Arbitration # 2016-14) and was awarded a judgement against him which he refuses to pay. The Arbitrator severely criticized his lack of professionalism in the ruling.
I asked for the money back based on the binding award and he claims he has no money to pay me because of "hard times."
I filed a formal complaint with the California State Bar Arbitration enforcement.
