Our family has been with Randall Longfield since 1972 when we bought our first house in Brampton. Since then, Randall and Michael have taken care of my family for three generations including all our real estate, finanacial, wills, divorce and all other legal matters. We were referred to him by one of our friends. Our appointment was scheduled for 9 am, and all staff were late. We met with him, and when I need to use the bathroom after an hour of waiting, the front desk receptionist said NO, and all washrooms were under construction. What a liar and Mr Longfield just smiled. I had then sold my house only to find out from my existing lawyer that Mr Longfield did not provide me with the survey of the property which costs me to get one. My advice is not to use this law firm!!

His staff and secretaries displayed a very bad attitude. They were arrogant. He was never available, and we had to deal with his secretaries who evidenced an arrogant and insulting manner. We received bad value for our paid monies. Poor communication skills of his staff, who are the front-end that we had to deal with, made it impossible for us to communicate with him.
