Click to report rating    2/2/19   5     5     5     5     5   I retained Paulette on a difficult, sensitive matter. She was compassionate, objective, and knowledgeable of the law. She was prompt and diligent. Paulette may not have said what I wanted to hear, but I respected her honesty and trusted her assessment because she took the time to understand the facts and researched the issues. In the end, my confidence in her was not misplaced - she obtained the best possible outcome for me under the circumstances. Overalll, her service was outstanding and exceeded my expectation. I highly recommend Paulette. RID: 208066
Click to report rating    11/4/18   1     1     1     1     1   I would not recommend this lawyer as she did not do her due diligence in reviewing my file before providing me with legal advise that was detrimental to future out comes. RID: 205222
Click to report rating    5/5/17   2     2     2     2     2   Paulette had very limited knowledge regarding all the elements that needed to go into a severance negotiation (such as Employee Shares, RSU's, etc..). I found myself doing the research and informing her. She didn't do any research into other factors such as the downturn in the economy, age, etc. that would lead to likelihood of re-employment. It felt like she was more on the employers side than mine. Also, offers would expire before she would reach out to me for a response, and I never had a 'current state' of the offer that was on the table. She is very inexperienced and seemed more concerned about what was needed to 'close her file' rather than support my best interest. RID: 184383
