Whatever you do don't hire this lawyer she will just take your money and you will never even get to see a judge. Then she will let an unexperienced paralegal do all the work that has no knowledge of how to fight CPS at getting your children returned to you. Then you have to try and report her to the State Bar of Texas which is a lengthy process while she sits there behind a desk with your money that she did not earn. Do yourself the favor and don't hire her. She is bad business and I even went with other lawyers that said they got other clients of hers she did not help either. Oh, and when you get the invoice she charges you for research, computer software and to talk to her own employees about your case.
