Took on my case knowing that litigation was on the table, very slow to reply, took more vacation days / sick days than I've taken in the last 10 years. accomplished nothing to move the negations forward, slow to no reply. cost a small fortune and then when litigation time came she dropped me and then held my file hostage till I paid an addition $1300 over the retainer. at the end of the day it cost me 5000$ to accomplish nothing.

assistance don't answer phones and reply in a timely manner. Slow in getting things done. charged me $170 just to pick up my file. pleasant to talk to. Called many times for a up date and heard nothing. Takes lots of sick day and vac. days. I was very disappointed with her results for the money that was paid to her. I went to a new lawyer.
