If you're looking for arrogant, rude and smarmy then he's your man. You can judge a counsel's character based on how they treat the people who: aren't paying them, who are not judges and/or fellow lawyers. And his track record for this is abysmal. Witnessed his rude attitude on more than one occasion. A very angry man.
