Krum and most lawyers in Ontario all got the same identical negative reviews (see for yourself) as part of a troll campaign. It's all untrue. I was very happy with Krum working on my file he was very reasonable and honest and told me what to expect. His fees are very reasonable and he is well liked by his colleagues and judges.

Hi. We had an issue with our tenant’s rent arrears and sought Krum’s assistance to help us resolve the case or pursue it at LTB later on. He demonstrated integrity, professionalism and consistency in his work which resulted in resolving the issue without having to go to the LTB. He made the tenant understand their legal and financial obligations and bindings so that they started paying their rent arrears. Krum has always been available to our questions, comments and concerns professionally and that’s a great key values when dealing with fast-changing and dynamic cases. We do highly recommend Krum, especially for his integrity.

I am very happy with krum and am highly recommend him! Hes approachable and gives you realistic advice from the beginning rather than saying what you want to hear and just encouraging conflict so he can make money. He is practical and came up with strategy to reach settlement without wasting more money...My previous lawyer created more conflict with my ex and my case didn't get anywhere. We wanted to avoid court but he encouraged court and made more conflict than there had to be! Krum was practical and got the case settled. Other lawyers like and respect him. Highly recommend.

Hi there My name is Max I am not reccomend him to anyone because he dont have enough t experience dont pay attention to you he is not keeping his words Our first meeting he told be the words What I want to hear until he get paid $1500 then he protend he do something lots of e-mails few phone calls And few 2-3 meeting With him without Any positiv result then he send me out the my balance is zero then pay him more Be Aware for everyone because he is not working for his money And just throw out the window your money And waste of your money And time!!! I AM NOT RECOMMEND HIM!!

I would highly recommend Mr. Krum Dochev as a family lawyer. I was very frustrated as I had seen 2-3 other lawyers who didn't help me prior to meeting Mr. Dochev, and was so relived when first meeting with him. He took the time to understand the entire situation and made quick decisions and recommendations. He was able to solve my legal problem very quickly and took care of all the paperwork and necessary forms. He was very knowledgeable about what steps to take and did not try to drag out the process. He and his assistant, Carmela, were always there to help and very quick to response to all queries. Even if Krum was in court and I had a concern Carmela was quick to help and answer any questions I had. Thank you again to them for all their much needed help. If I ever need a family lawyer in the future I know who to go to.

As landlords, Krum was very knowledgeable and professional to us regarding our landlord/tenant issue. He was always quick to respond and clear in his advice and suggestions. Krum was the calm I needed in my crazy storm of a court case. He is polite and professional, he takes the time to explain things clearly and check (and triple check) that everything that needs to happen has been taken care of before it comes down to the wire. He has a strong presence in court and negotiations which made me feel secure that at the end of the day I would get what I needed. 10/10 recommend.

Not enough words to express just what a wonderful, talented, knowledge that has no bounds, kind and patient lawyer Krum is and I'm sure will remain so. He is a busy lawyer but made me feel like I was his only client as he guided me through a very difficult divorce. This situations can be difficult at best but now that it's over I feel terrific.
