I am very happy with krum and am highly recommend him! Hes approachable and gives you realistic advice from the beginning rather than saying what you want to hear and just encouraging conflict so he can make money. He is practical and came up with strategy to reach settlement without wasting more money...My previous lawyer created more conflict with my ex and my case didn't get anywhere. We wanted to avoid court but he encouraged court and made more conflict than there had to be! Krum was practical and got the case settled. Other lawyers like and respect him. Highly recommend.

As landlords, Krum was very knowledgeable and professional to us regarding our landlord/tenant issue. He was always quick to respond and clear in his advice and suggestions. He resolved our issue and we would definitely recommend him. Price was reasonable. We would definitely use his services in the future or those of others in his office with no hesitation. A1 service. Krum was the calm I needed in my crazy storm of a court case. He is polite and professional, he takes the time to explain things clearly and check (and triple check) that everything that needs to happen has been taken care of before it comes down to the wire. He has a strong presence in court and negotiations which made me feel secure that at the end of the day I would get what I needed. 10/10 recommend.

Not enough words to express just what a wonderful, talented, knowledge that has no bounds, kind and patient lawyer Krum is and I'm sure will remain so. He is a busy lawyer but made me feel like I was his only client as he guided me through a very difficult divorce. This situations can be difficult at best but now that it's over I feel terrific.
