May have been knowledgable in his earlier days but is currently unable to present a case to a judge so that the judge fully understands the scope of the clients issues. Communication is poor due to him repeating himself which leads to overcharging per hour. He lacks persistence when dealing with an opposing lawyer or a judge. He also does not provide regular disclosures of fee until "near"the end of the trial when he charges an excessive fee and it's difficult to fight the fee when you need him to finish the case. Poor time management since he now requires another lawyer to help him with each cases and this leads to him unnecessarily charging his clients for 2 lawyers.

Bill Kushneryk is old school ethics and a true advocate. Highly respected by other lawyers and judges. Settled my case higher than I could have hoped but most of all really stood up to the other lawyer and looked out for my best interests. He can be blunt and to the point....but he will be full effort into your case. Best and most ethical lawyer I have ever met! Worth his fees!
