Mr Lipchitz assisted us in obtaining a refund from an insurance company. He was empathetic to our situation and took immediate steps to contact the company and argue our compliance with the contract. We were immediately awarded the refund with no argument from the insurances company and we received our refund cheque less than a week after their positive response. I know that without Mr Lipchitz assistance we would not have received the money owed to us. Mr. Lipchitz was extremely professional and helpful to us. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking legal assistance.
