Does not do his due diligence. When asked to send an accusatory letter to a person (like Cease and Desist Order), he does not check facts for himself. He just ASSUMES that the info presented to him by his client is unquestionable truth. Lazy and not thorough. Lacks logical thinking, which is deplorable for somebody with his experience and in his position. Would not trust the quality of his work
