Did not inform me he changed firms halfway through my case. Was overall very difficult to get a hold of and had very slow response time.

I engaged Mr. MArchand based on web reviews. His initial consultation was positive so I made the decision to hire him for a complicated case - Charged with carless and over .8 - .81 - NOT a DUI - I was rear-ended by an uninsured driver. Never made an insurance claim.. Two years of my life listening to his stories and verbal diarrhea and my future unknown - Fed me BS stories months and months - paid every invoice he sent until he advised me that within 90 days we are going to trial (despite claiming I had an 11B position). Out of the blue sends me a request for a FIVE figure additional retainer - I lost it and fired him. New lawyers jump in and all my intuition the flaws became clear crystal - I was hung out to dry - Would have waited for the 11th hour to offer me a deal that could have been accepted 16 months prior - More importantly, he did nothing in a timely fashion and he denied me of my potential 11 B position - He is NOT what he claims - His firm even less apathetic - Don't bel
