I had a scare come kne sunday morning a couple years back, as i was doing work for ppl off of kijiji.. well i found a bad apple and took a bite then got bit back. Josh was there too unscramvle my brain as i was charged with 2 counta of theft over 5,000.. i had a chance to see jail time which was my biggest worry as im young and dealing with my father just passing away i felt like my world got flipped upside down.. again josh was there for me too awnser all my questions and be worry free.. he got both charges dropped as i was just doing as i was told for employment.... but none the less i am a free man with the utmost respect for mr. Rogala.. without your help and knowledge i think this would of went south.. I thank you with all my heart josh.. and ppl please ask for josh's help hes very kind.

Josh had excellent knowledge of my child's case and anytime I called or emailed him, he got back to me promptly. Josh was courteous, worked hard to achieve the best case scenario for the outcome of my child. Josh believed in my son and never gave up on getting him the best possible outcome. I would strongly recommend Josh for anyone seeking good quality work, and someone who values the lives of their clients.

I am very happy with having Josh as my lawyer. He obviously knows what he is doing and always had time to answer my questions. He got me out of some very serious charges when all the other lawyer I had talked to said my only option was to enter a guilty plea. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Josh is the best lawyer in Winnipeg, hands down! He is charismatic, friendly, intelligent, and knows his stuff well! I would recommend Josh to anyone who needed a lawyer. He is priceless. When I met him, he was very polite and professional and made me feel comfortable. I was nervous I was going to be judged in my situation but Josh was very open minded and understanding. If I ever need help again when I get into trouble, Josh will be the guy I call. Thanks Josh - You truly are the best.

When I was charged with impaired driving, I was really afraid I was going to lose my job as I required my driver's license for work. A friend of mine told me to contact Josh. I met with him the next day. He explained to me how the justice system works and the steps we needed to take in order to determine my best options. He was always easy to reach and quickly returned my calls. The matter was set for trial, but before the trial date Joshua was able to convince the Crown Attorney to drop the charge. He didn't sugar coat the jeopardy I was in and set realistic expectations. I would certainly recommend him to my friends and family.
