I hired Mr. Skiba to handle my bankruptcy because he advertises that he fights fair debt collection violations. Sadly, that is not true.
Mr. Skiba failed to disclose his relationship with my biggest debt collector that was trying to foreclose on my home. That debt collector used invalid documents in the lawsuit which Mr. Skiba failed to promptly disclose to me. Mr. Skiba refused to file lawsuits for the violation of debt collection laws and the violation of a baseless Lis Pendens (lien) on my home. Mr. Skiba failed to follow my directions to make the Court aware that invalid documents were used on the lawsuit against us and it was a bogus scam. This failure to achieve proper justice has affected us and four other defendants.
I feel scammed by Mr. Skiba's lack of total honesty and his failure to take responsibility. What is so shocking is that Mr. Skiba does not take any responsibility for his poor communications, deceptions, and failure to properly represent us.
