John Skiba is not totally honest. I hired Mr. Skiba to handle my bankruptcy because he advertises that he fights fair debt collector violations. But that is not true because he declined properly representing me against his friend lawyer. Mr. Skiba failed to disclose his relationship with my biggest debt collector who was trying to foreclose on my home. The debt collector used an invalid document signed by an unauthorized party. Mr. Skiba failed to promptly disclose to me the court fraud and failed to report it as required to the court. Mr. Skiba did not feel it was necessary to keep me informed and took no responsibility for his failure to get my bankruptcy totally dismissed "With Prejudice." I am still at risk from John Skiba's lawyer friend in the future. It took Mr. Skiba over 500 days to get the illegal lien off my home which also harmed me. I feel scammed by Mr. Skiba's lack of honesty, slowness, and failure to properly represent me.
