Raphaelle Desvignes has no experience as a criminal lawyer and was reported to the barreau du quebec for malpractice. She was recorded audio and discouraging her client to plead guilty cause of her incompetence! She has 2 years experience and she is better off working as a waitress than a lawyer who has no experience in criminal law! Look for a new career!She looks like a stripper!She refused to take my case if I didn t say I was guilty!

Do not waste your time with someone who got out of school & has not won any cases! She is incompetent, clueless , deceiving, dishonest & spiteful. She keeps you in the dark & does not communicate. She will argue ,interrupt& talk over you. I fired her immediately & complained to the barreau du Quebec. She had the nerve to say to me to plead guilty to get my case over with as she has other cases! She had all the evidence with her but got paid for nothing as I got her the mandate. She was supposed to delay the case as we agreed & did not. When I fired her she sent me an email fabricating a contract she is withdrawing cause of some lies she added cause she is trying to cover incompetency stating it was me when I already fired her.I didn' t sign & barreau will further investigate this. She also refuses to transfer my file to my lawyer as she is spiteful,dishonest& deceiving!I had a nightmare with this one who got out of school. She is very incompetent. Her assistants were telling me lies!
