I highly recommend staying away from this law firm and lawyer. My family and I have paid a lot of money and have been delayed, ignored and barely receive any updates or communication from our lawyer (Devon Cassidy).
We have a file that has been opened much longer than necessary and our lawyer does not get back to us until we sound countless emails and handles the case poorly with no end in sight. We have asked for a statement of accounts to see what we are being charged for and have not received any answers
A small case has take a year and a half of time and money with no advancement. We will be ending the file but our lawyer won't respond to us for weeks on end.
Please do yourself a favour and find another lawyer/law firm!! I work in business and would NEVER treat a client like this. Actually, I would never treat a person this badly and put them through so much stress and charge them so much.
