This was a horrible experience. She had all the time in the world when I started with her, but after taking the first 10k I couldn’t ever get ahold of her. I always had to deal with her assistants but was always charged for her prices. When I questioned her invoice she credited me 100% and then a day later re-invoiced me for much more than her original invoice. She did a horrible job communicating, she gave up on me and my case and literally allowed my ex to win every aspect of the case. I had to correct their spelling and grammar in many documents and their staff are incompetent. Stay away!!! Give your money to someone that will actually help you.

Ms. Miller's office had abysmal communication, and I eventually left her for a different lawyer. Even after requesting phone or in-person meetings, Ms. Miller still would not meet to discuss my case or discuss strategies for resolution of my divorce case. As a result, progress completely stalled on my case. I was left talking and emailing with her junior and senior law clerks instead of speaking with her. They don't answer their phone and rarely answer phone messages. My ex's lawyer even could not get Ms. Miller to return correspondence. Ms. Miller's office lost correspondence from the other lawyer, and didn't pass along correspondence to me in a timely manner. In short, this lawyer's office was a complete nightmare to deal with.
