I'm CPOA for my mother who has vascular dementia. She hasn't had a normal MoCA score since she had three strokes in 2013. A friend and former colleague of the partners at this firm, sent her to this office to have my CPOA after she was sick.
According mom, she gave Lyn evidence she was being treated for dementia. He helped her draw up a revocation and assign new CPOAs.
Unsure of what she had done, she asked me to contact him to see if what was done could be reversed. The lawyers I spoke refused to accept evidence that they were wrong. They also told me I was not welcome at their office.
Mom was formed under the mental health act a week prior to visiting this law firm. The person who sent her to this law firm, a friend and former colleague/employee of partners at this firm, is now one of the new CPOAs listed on docs drawn by this office. It was used to stop the arrest of a predator who victimized my mom almost a year. Under investigation for assault, theft, criminal harassmen

He duped us, and failed to comply with our issued instructions to him. He prepared documents for Purchase and Sale that were contrary to our issued instructions, and charged us money for doing virtually nothing. Whatever he produced was incorrect. Furthermore, he did not provide us requested receipts for payment either.
