He charged us $4500 for a Will and Trust. I asked for a separate trust. When we picked it up he demanded cashiers check up front. The trust was no where listed. When we asked why, he just said "Don't worry your covered". He spent 15 minutes with us.He refused to answer any of our questions.After that he refused communication with us but e-mailed us for referrals. I had to go to another attorney to create a viable trust, she spent 5 hours with us and charged only $2300. I learned Honest lawyers charge $1000 for a will which was the only thing viable he did. We could have lost our life savings if one of us went into a nursing home. He can ruin you financially. It is hard to believe he did not know. Save yourself a lot of grief and money and check out several sources like nursing homes before hiring and elder attorney.
