This Attorney and her firm did a lousy job protecting my rights. They ignored the deadline to file an appeal. They were well aware of my concerns and they did nothing. Also, they billed for work that they failed to follow through with. Shame on you Nichole Collins. It's not what you did, it's what you neglected to do. If you don't trust your representation you have no choice other than to dismiss them. The firm that I retained to pick up the ball that Shaffer and Engle dropped is doing an excellent job. I wish I could say the same about Nichole A. Collins, managing partner, Jeffrey B. Engle, and surprise mystery replacement attorney Elizabeth Pasqualini. You know what you neglected, you all failed to respond to numerous requests and this is unacceptable, lousy and pathetic.
